Trafficmaster has just launched Smartnav Mobile in the UK, an application that runs on GPS-enabled Windows-based smartphones.
Addresses or postcodes can be entered directly on the application or a Trafficmaster call centre operator can send the route to the phone.
The service will be subscription based - £5 a month or £ 50 a year. Calls to operators cost 59pence a minute.
