Fiat has sent out a questionnaire to all ecoDrive users to collect their input on some of the features being planned for the next generation of ecoDrive.

One of the questions mentions a ‘connected’ version of ecoDrive that can transmit driving data without the need for a USB stick.

Other features mentioned include live ecoDrive advice on the car’s display or on a connected Smartphone.

Another question hints towards some sort of ‘vehicle health report’ that will provide users updates on the condition of the car.

About ecoDrive: During the first eight months following the launch, more than 50,000 people have downloaded the ecoDrive software and more than 20,000 people also use it all the time to monitor their driving style, taking part in a lively exchange of views on eco:Ville, an online community where you can share your commitment to eco-responsible driving.
