Jaguar Land Rover North America and SiriusXM have announced that they are expanding the factory installation of SiriusXM’s audio entertainment service. SiriusXM will now be offered natively across all Jaguar and Land Rover models in the U.S. – beginning with model year 2021 vehicles.
The standard availability of SiriusXM is part of a new agreement between SiriusXM and JLR that extends their relationship into 2026. The two companies also announced that the advanced ‘SiriusXM with 360L’ platform will soon be offered by Jaguar Land Rover. The audio platform combines satellite and streaming content delivery into a single in-vehicle entertainment experience. Further details on this capability will be announced at a later time.
Owners and lessees of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in the United States will continue to receive a three-month trial subscription to SiriusXM’s ‘All Access’ programming package. The premium service package delivers their full lineup of varied content to consumers, including more than 150 channels of premium programming. The package also allows users to access SiriusXM outside the vehicle (via the SiriusXM app) using the connected devices and speakers in their homes – with the ability to stream SiriusXM on their computer, smartphone, or tablet.
If the user decides to continue service after the trial, their chosen subscription plan will automatically renew thereafter, and the consumer will be charged according to the chosen payment method at then-current rates.
