Wejo and Hella have provided details on the progress of their partnership, which, to date, has enabled multiple business applications for connected vehicle data across the vehicle lifecycle.

By combining Hella’s experience in automotive with its connected vehicle data platform, Wejo aims to enhance the ways in which OEMs, passengers, businesses, dealerships, and independent workshops maintain vehicle health and residual value. Through their collaboration, the companies also aim to address and solve mobility challenges.

In addition to Hella, Wejo has established partnerships with companies across several industries that have invested in it. These include Palantir to assist with its connected vehicle data platform, Microsoft to deliver the scale, performance and cloud security of the Microsoft Azure platform, Sompo to extend Wejo’s connected vehicle data to the APAC region, and General Motors. Wejo also has business relationships with 17 automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
