Subaru has announced pricing of its 2022 Crosstrek and Crosstrek Hybrid compact SUV models. Across four trims (Base Premium, Sport, and Limited), the Crosstrek will offered from $22,445 while the Hybrid version will cost $35,645.

All models in the range feature Subaru’s Starlink Multimedia system – which features a high-resolution touchscreen, smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio streaming connectivity, voice activated controls for phone, and AM/FM stereo.

The optional 6.5-inch Multimedia Plus (which comes as standard on the Premium and Sport trims) adds a single-disc CD player, complimentary four-month subscriptions to SiriusXM’s Platinum Plan and Travel Link services as well as HD Radio and Wi-Fi hotspot capability (subscription required).

The 8.0-inch Multimedia Plus, standard on the Limited trim and Hybrid model builds further on this functionality, supporting over-the-air updates and Near Field Communication. It also offers a native TomTom navigation system with voice-activated navigation and free over-the-air map updates for three years. Also provided are three-year subscriptions to SiriusXM Traffic and SiriusXM Travel Link.

The Hybrid Crosstrek delivers exclusive connected services from Starlink, including Remote Climate Control and Remote Battery Charging Timer. Both of which are provided in the Hybrid’s free 10-year subscription to the Starlink Safety and Security Plus package. The available premium package also includes SOS emergency assistance, enhanced roadside assistance, advanced automatic collision notification, maintenance notifications, monthly vehicle health report, and diagnostic alerts.

It also adds a variety of security features, including remote engine start with climate control, stolen vehicle recovery service, vehicle security alarm notification, remote lock/unlock, remote horn and lights, and remote vehicle locator. Parenting features include boundary, speed, and curfew alerts. The STARLINK Concierge Package adds in-vehicle assistance for restaurant and hotel reservations, purchasing tickets for sporting/theater events and scheduling service appointments.

Subaru confirmed that both Crosstek models will begin arriving at Subaru retailers in Q1 2022.
