Nissan’s Infiniti brand has launched the MyINFINITI App, a smartphone app available for iOS and Android devices that aims to consolidate the owner experience. Through it Infiniti users can benefit from a wide range of functions – including remote vehicle access, personalization, maintenance, convenience features, and links to financial services account management.
The app also helps owners connect more easily with the vehicle brand, allowing them to schedule a service appointment at a preferred retailer, access service desk live chats, learn more about their vehicle, view its service history and maintenance schedules. It can also activate push notifications that inform owners of applicable recalls or service campaigns.
The MyINFINITI App’s functionality can be further expanded with an active subscription to the Infiniti InTouch Services Premium package. The package unlocks further remote capabilities for the app – including remote start/stop and remote lock/unlock – while allowing the user to check their vehicle’s location and status. When checking the vehicle status, users will be able to see the latest information on their vehicle’s tire pressure, oil pressure, brakes, and more.
