Xpeng has rolled out its latest Tianji XOS 5.2 Over-the-Air (OTA) upgrade worldwide, which brings new Smart Cockpit and Intelligent Driving features to the OEM’s EVs. The updates themselves are newly leveraging AI technologies to be delivered faster, and in a more robust manner.
Through the new update, which itself works to enhance the user experience, Xpeng is looking to highlight its engagement with its customer-focused values. Occurring alongside its European expansion, these enhancements typify the company’s unique culture of innovation compared to traditional automakers.
In line with its latest strategies, the OEM organized an exclusive offline User Salon in Hillerød, Denmark. This event provided attendees with an interactive morning involving a showroom tour, followed by elaborate presentations about the OTA features, and a dedicated Q&A session, alongside hands-on experiences.
The month-long beta testing helped Xpeng receive both feedback and actionable insights, culminating in XOS 5.2 addressing this feedback from Danish customers, with continued enhancements in the pipeline for future releases.
