Genesis has unveiled the newly redesigned GV60, which equips the electric SUV with new interior and exterior enhancements. Marking the first major update since its initial debut, the enhanced model ultimately aims to showcase Genesis’ ‘Athletic Elegance’ design philosophy, with the high-tech interior demonstrating the Hyundai brand’s ‘Beauty of White Space’ concept.
Inside, the model retains key elements, popular among customers, such as the rotating gear selector alongside new features such as the 27-inch connected car Integrated Cockpit (ccIC) infotainment system. The ccIC links together several displays, including those for driver information, audio, visual, and navigation under a single high-definition screen.
Through this new integrated design, Genesis is aiming to enhance the user experience of the GV60 by creating an even greater sense of space within the front cockpit. Alongside the new screen, a new three-spoke steering wheel design adds a sporty touch while similarly working to enhancing usability.
Further details on the redesigned GV60’s specifications will be announced in the first quarter of 2025. Sales will begin first in Korea, while details on the model’s availability in Europe is set to be revealed at a later date.
