MOBIUS+ integrates advanced data analytics, real-time monitoring, and compliance features to deliver actionable insights for OEMs and the broader battery ecosystem (including material suppliers, cell and module manufacturers, and recyclers). Through these capabilities, Tata Elxsi and Minespider aim to enhance performance tracking, maintenance, and sustainability management as OEMs and suppliers develop new EV batteries. For the platform, Minespider will contribute its blockchain-based battery passport solution, facilitating compliance with global regulations, while Tata Elxsi will lead the development and delivery of MOBIUS+. Here, the service provider aims to deliver a future-proof, scalable solution, for the global battery market while leading deployment in India.
Highlighting the key features and benefits of MOBIUS+, Tata Elxsi and Minespider noted the ability of its interface, which allows vendors to upload and manage their data to ensure compliance and accuracy across the supply chain, as well as a centralized repository that offers a secure, cloud-based, system designed to consolidate data for easy access and analysis by OEMs and stakeholders.
The platform will also enable valuable insights through powerful analytics features of MOBIUS+, helping companies monitor battery performance, enhance design, and optimize lifecycle management, while supporting integration with third-party systems to enable seamless data exchange. OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers can likewise create tailored workflows using MOBIUS+, leveraging battery data to build vertical analytics use cases and maximize ROI.
