Citroën UK has revealed both the new C3 Aircross and its electric variant, the New ë-C3 Aircross for orders in the UK. The Stellantis brand also highlighted the key features, technologies, and pricing structures for both versions of the family crossover, which are expected to roll out in late Spring 2025.
The all-electric version, Citroën announced, will be priced from £22,990 ($28,462 / €27,645), offering a 113-horsepower (83-kWh) motor and a 44-kWh battery, enabling a maximum range of 188 miles (302 kilometers). This battery, when charged on a 100 kW DC rapid charger, can be replenished from 20% to 80% in 26 minutes. The New ë-C3 Aircross is accompanied by further electrified powertrain options, including the Hybrid 136 48V version that allows for fully electric driving for 50% of urban use, and recharging the battery during deceleration. An extended-range version of the car will also be available to purchase later this year.
The New C3 Aircross range will be offered in two trim levels, PLUS and MAX. As standard, all models offer a 10.25-inch touchscreen (compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), a reversing camera, as well as Citroën’s Visibility Pack, which includes automatic rain-sensing front windscreen wipers, a rear windscreen wiper with an intermittent mode, as well as ‘Welcome’ and ‘Follow-Me-Home’ lights.
Inside, PLUS trim level models feature a newly designed dashboard featuring a head-up display and a compact steering wheel, along with Citroën Advanced Comfort seats redesigned for optimum support. These models also offer a range of ADAS technologies, Citroën’s latest-generation infotainment system, as well as integrated audio, cruise control and speed limit controls on the steering wheel.
Building on this offering, the MAX trim level adds further features and technologies across several domains, such as front and lateral parking sensors, a heated acoustic windscreen, and blind spot monitoring as well as a wireless smartphone charger. Citroën Connect Navigation is included with this trim level, providing customers with a complimentary, year-long subscription to Citroën’s Connect PLUS services. Among the services offered within this subscription are real-time traffic updates, speed camera warnings, and automatic data connection via the Citroën Connect Box emergency and assistance system.
