Alfa Romeo has revealed the UK pricing structure for Junior, its first EV. The Stellantis brand confirmed that in the country, the new model will start at £33,895 ($43,303 / €39,845) for the Elettrica version, with orders set to open in late June.

The all-new EV is available in two trims – the standard Elettrica and the performance-oriented Veloce – while a limited Speciale version of the Elettrica trim will be available at launch. The Junior Elettrica and Speciale both feature a 156-hp (114-kW) powertrain, while the Veloce offers a powertrain capable of delivering up to 240 hp (176 kW). Alfa Romeo said that, using a 100 kW rapid charger, both versions can be recharged from 10% to 80% in under 30 minutes.

The standard Junior Elettrica features 18-inch diamond cut aero alloy wheels, LED headlamps and taillamps, gloss black mirror covers, rain sensing wipers and rear parking sensors. Inside, it offers a 10.25-inch configurable Cannocchiale instrument cluster alongside a 10.25-inch driver oriented central screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The trim’s standard safety systems include Adaptive Cruise Control, Active Lane Assist, Automatic Emergency Braking, e-Call and Alfa Romeo Connected Services. Further standard technologies include Alfa Romeo’s keyless go system, a heat pump, a Mode 3 charging cable and an 11kW on-board charger.

The Junior Speciale Elettrica launch edition builds on this offering with a sports styling kit that includes diamond black Scudetto, dark tinted rear windows and 18-inch Petali alloy wheels. The interior features Spiga vinyl and a fabric six-way electrically operated driver’s seat with massage function, a leather steering wheel, sports pedals and kick plates. Further along the interior, the Junior’s launch edition adds a 180-degree rear camera, Adaptive Cruise Control with lane centering and traffic jam assist, a handsfree electric tailgate and keyless entry with proximity access technology as standard. Junior Speciale variants are available from £35,695 ($45,603 / €41,954).

The Veloce model is equipped with a 240 hp (176 kW) electric powertrain, Torsen differential, 25mm lower suspension and sport brake calipers. Its sporty focus extends through to its exclusive 20-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, black roof, dark tinted rear windows, red painted brake calipers and the same sports styling kit featured in the Speciale Elettrica. Inside are Corsa Sabelt seats in black and red leather and suede, a leather steering wheel, sports pedals and kick plates that all come as standard. Veloce variants are available from £42,295 ($54,035 / €49,716).

Across all three trims, Junior features a 400-liter boot and can be fitted with a broad array of optional features and technologies at the customer’s request. These additions are available through three premium packages – Technology, Premium and Sport.

The Technology pack helps improve the EV’s safety, technology and functionality, with L2 driving assistance features, handsfree electric tailgate, LED Matrix lights and a connected navigation system with a virtual assistant. The Premium pack provides additional comfort technology such as a vinyl-fabric blend interior, an electrically operated driver’s seat with massage function, interior ambient lighting, aluminum pedals and an aluminum kick plate. Equipping the Junior with a sportier design, the Sport pack offers Sabelt seats, Alcantara upholstery and sporty exterior features. Alfa Romeo has not yet confirmed the pricing of these packages in the UK.
