Allego, a provider of EV charging solutions, has announced the upcoming full network rollout of its Plug & Charge technology. Set to begin in Q4 2024, the provider says that this rollout represents a key step in its mission to deliver a seamless, secure, and future-proofed charging experience for EV drivers across Europe.

This rollout represents the most secure Plug & Charge implementation on the market, enabled through collaborations between Allego and key industry players such as Alpitronic and Ford.

The full network rollout of Allego’s Plug & Charge technology will begin in Q4 2024 with the activation in the Netherlands and Germany. It will then continue in a phased rollout further along Allego’s network across Europe. This development will ultimately Allego’s ongoing efforts to innovate and enhance the EV charging experience.
