The Goodman Group, an industrial property specialist, and Windrose Technology, a heavy-duty electric truck developer, will jointly develop EV fast-charging infrastructure for heavy-duty trucks in a new partnership. The collaboration will see both share technical and sustainability knowledge to test and deploy fast-charging stations at select Goodman properties in China, before expanding to other regions.

Today, Windrose is developing intelligent, zero-emission, heavy-duty trucks designed to help businesses move goods while facilitating cross-border commerce and logistics. The company’s initial truck model has a target range of 600 km (372 miles) and weighs 49 tons. It is equipped with an 800-V high-voltage fast-charging platform and has completed high-temperature and high-altitude. The full vehicle fleet is set to launch in China in 2024, with the United States, Europe and Australia to follow.
